Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Conditions:
Product must be returned in its original packaging and free from any stains or damage.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
Our team will review your case and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for review.
Refunds for Orders Over $100:
For full refund requests on orders valued at over $100:
- The first $100 will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
This helps us keep shipping affordable and support all of our customers.
Fees Include:
We do not offer prepaid return labels. You are responsible for purchasing your return label and sending the product back to us.
Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel the order as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may request a return within the 30-day return period.
Packages Marked as Delivered:
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local delivery service.
- Maverae cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels unless insured or priority shipping was selected at checkout.
Chargebacks and Returns Policy:
To ensure a fair process for all customers, please contact our support team first to resolve any issues.
Please note: If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, the option for a return or refund, including the 30-day trial, will no longer apply. The process will be considered invalidated.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Non-Refundable Charges:
- Shipping Fees – paid to the carrier and non-refundable, even if the item didn’t arrive.
- Shipping Protection – covers loss or damage during transit but is itself non-refundable.
