Warranty claim
If your umbrella is faulty, email us a short video showing the problem and we'll send a replacement. Your 1-year warranty covers defects, including wind damage.
Customer Support Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM – 2 PM (Closed Sundays and major holidays. Messages sent outside hours are answered first thing the next business day.)
