Order Cancellation
Please note, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel the order as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may request a return within our 30-day return policy.
Priority + Insured Shipping
- If you’ve selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you are eligible to have your order reshipped or refunded if it is lost in transit.
- If you ordered using Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.
Shipping Coverage
We ship worldwide and offer international shipping to over 200 countries. Some regions may be restricted—if your location is unavailable, we will contact you directly.
Lost / Missing Packages
Maverae is not liable if an incorrect shipping address is provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
If an error was made by us, we will take full responsibility and reship the correct order at no cost.
Customs & Duties
We are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes once your order has shipped. By purchasing from Maverae, you consent that one or more packages may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Shipping times vary by location. These are our estimated delivery windows:

Important Holiday Season Update
- During peak seasons, delivery may take an additional 5–7 business days depending on location. Please order early.
- Max delivery time: 30 business days (excluding 1 business day processing).
- Weekend Processing: Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day, which may add 1–2 business days.

Tracking Information
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- With Free Shipping, tracking may not always be available.
Tracking Shows “No Information Available”
For some carriers, it can take 2–5 business days for tracking to update. If it has been more than 5 business days with no update, please contact us at sp.maverae@gmail.com
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was requested.
